Ofcom Consultation on Spectrum Pricing

 OFCOM CONSULTATION ON THE APPLICATION OF SPECTRUM PRICING TO THE AERONAUTICAL SECTOR
You will wish to be aware that the Ofcom consultation on proposals on "Applying spectrum pricing to the Aeronautical Sector" was published on 22 Dec 09 and is available on the Ofcom website.

I would encourage you all to take time to consider the proposals and respond to the consultation which closes on 22 Mar 10.

You will also wish to note that the earlier Ofcom consultation on "Applying spectrum pricing to the maritime sector, and new arrangements for the management of spectrum used for radar and aeronautical navigation aids" has now been extended to 29 Jan 10. This consultation is also of significance to the aviation community and colleagues are again encouraged to respond. This consultation is also available on the Ofcom website.
